We bring everything
Teachers, teaching material and sound equipment. The school only provides the space.
Schools · Madrid
After-school dance programmes, one-off workshops and end-of-year shows, run by qualified teachers who work with children every day. We come to your school with our own equipment, or your groups come to our studios in Tetuán.
What we do
An after-school dance class can be twenty minutes of music and little else, or it can be the place where a child finds out they are good at something. We plan it as the second: progression by age, objectives each term, and a show at the end of the year where the families see what has been learnt. The same way we teach at the school, adapted to the rhythm and the space of a school.
Teachers, teaching material and sound equipment. The school only provides the space.
Groups by age: movement through play with the youngest, and proper technique from primary upwards.
Trained in classical ballet through the Royal Academy of Dance and in the ADAPT method, and used to working with groups of children.
We prepare the choreographies through the year and help with staging: running order, rehearsals and the day itself.
Formats
The most common one: one or two sessions a week through the school year, in age groups. Ballet, urban dance, contemporary or creative movement, depending on the ages and on what the school wants to cover.
Single sessions for a cultural week, a themed day or an open day. Adapted to the number of pupils and the space available.
Choreographies prepared through the year, plus support with the staging and the dress rehearsal.
The group comes to Tetuán and works in a real dance studio, with mirrors, barres and a linoleum floor. A different school trip, two minutes from Cuatro Caminos metro.
Every proposal is made to measure, based on the number of groups, the weekly hours and the ages. Write to us with your school's situation and we will send you a concrete proposal.
Questions
Both. Most often we go to the school with our own equipment and run the classes there, but we also welcome groups at our studios in Tetuán for workshops, school trips or a dress rehearsal.
From nursery upwards. With the youngest children we work on movement through play and music; from primary school we start introducing real technique.
Creative movement and pre-ballet for the youngest, and ballet, urban dance or contemporary from primary upwards. We decide it with the school, depending on the ages and the space.
It is quoted for each school: it depends on the number of groups, the weekly hours, the number of pupils and whether we travel to you. Tell us the situation and we will prepare a proposal.
Yes, it is one of the things schools ask us for most. We prepare the choreographies through the year and help with the whole staging, dress rehearsal included.
Qualified teachers from our school, trained in classical ballet through the Royal Academy of Dance and in the ADAPT method, with experience in groups of children.
