Two fully equipped studios in Tetuán, a two-minute walk from Cuatro Caminos metro (lines 1, 2 and 6). Sprung-clean floors, barres, mirrors and a sound system, ready to use from the first minute — for rehearsals, private classes, workshops or shoots. From €20 per hour.
The studios
Two rooms, pick the one that fits.
Both rooms are clear, bright and soundproofed. The Large Studio has a professional linoleum floor and is the one for choreography and bigger groups; the Medium Studio works better for private classes and smaller rehearsals. Rates are per hour and do not include VAT.

Heaters in winter, ventilation and air extraction in summer, wifi throughout your booking and changing rooms with lockers. We are a working dance school, so the rooms are looked after every day.
Rates and availability
When the studios are actually free.
Mornings are the best slot
This is when the school is quiet and both studios are usually free. If you can rehearse in the morning, you will almost always find space, and it is the easiest time to book several hours in a row.
Afternoons are tight
Afternoons and evenings are our own class hours, so there is very little left. Something does come up now and then: tell us what you need and we will check.
Discounts and long term
The hourly rate is adjusted for bookings over 10 hours. For season contracts we work from 15 hours a week upwards — useful for companies, teachers and academies.
Weekends
Minimum booking is 4 hours and the rate is flat: no discounts on Saturdays or Sundays. It is the best time for full-day rehearsals, castings and shoots.
Large Studio €30/hour and Medium Studio €20/hour, always plus VAT. Tell us the days and hours you need and we will confirm availability and the final price.

How do I book a studio?

What is the minimum booking?
One hour on weekdays. At weekends the minimum is four hours, with a flat rate and no discount.
Can I rent the studio for a photo or video shoot?
Yes. Rehearsals, private classes, workshops, choreography sessions, castings and shoots all work in both rooms. Tell us what you are planning so we can suggest the right studio and the right time of day.
Do you rent by the season?
Yes, from 15 hours a week upwards we sign season contracts. It is what companies, independent teachers and small academies usually need.
Where exactly are you?
Avenida de Pablo Iglesias 50, 28039 Madrid, in the Tetuán district. Cuatro Caminos metro (lines 1, 2 and 6) is a two-minute walk, and there are bus stops right outside.
Is there anything I should know before coming?
Only the floor rule: proper dance shoes in the Large Studio, because the linoleum marks. Everything else — barres, mirrors, sound system, changing rooms and wifi — is included.
